Administrators gav240z Posted December 3, 2014 Administrators Posted December 3, 2014 Hi guys, Does anyone know where I can find the correct size light bulbs for S30z dashboard gauges? Or better yet an alternative LED that will plug right in and perhaps provide slightly better illumination than stock? I found these in the US. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic08a01c/45-4327 and a full set. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic08a01c/45-4328 But is there anywhere local in Australia I could order from? Or any suitable LED type replacement? Quote
ZED660 Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Hi Gav, You could maybe contact these people to see if any of their globes may do the job. http://www.classicandvintagebulbs.com/page2.html Geoff Quote
Enzo Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Hi Gav, I have tried ordering those lights from the zstore twice over the last 6 months and they have been unable to supply on both occasions. David Quote
sydney mike Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Not sure if the same as 260z but for my glovebox and centre triple gauges it is "12v 3w BA9s" which I got from supercheap. You can find LED alternatives with the same code type on ebay. Quote
lightmaster240z Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 I have LED globe in my car and they work fine. At $10.00 a set on Ebay from china why not Quote

Administrators gav240z Posted December 3, 2014 Author Administrators Posted December 3, 2014 Also how bright are they compared to the stock globes? Quote
lightmaster240z Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Yes and no. yes they are brighter than the standad one and no not all will work with a dimmer. Some will strobe or flicker. But for ten dollars it was worth the gamble and it payed off his time. Quote
