Just bought some parts (inlet manifold) from Japan and these labels came with the parts. Some sort of service reminder I guess but would like to be sure?

It's a next oil service date reminder.

It reads:

"Jikai no oil kokan wa !!

Engine oil                  Km

Oil element                Km

Jikai tenkenbi          Nen    Gatsu desu."

My translation:

"NEXT OIL CHANGE !!

Engine oil                  Km

Oil filter                    Km

Next ( oil change ) check date is:    Year    Month."

Its a change the oil after X km sticker.

次回 のオイル交換は!  = Change the oil next

エンジンオイル is engine oil.

Don't know what the second one is. オイル  is oil though?

And the bottom something like after date month year.

Damn, Alan beat me too it while is was using my google-foo, he outsmarted me with his city smarts and book learin' of Japanese.

While we are here, I've always been curious about that Simpsons episode with "Mr Sparkle" and that picture...does it actually mean anything in that word bubble?
