Ledge
What needs modifying on it to match a GTR? Front and rear wheel arches are different, Also rear wheel tubs. And then all the wheel arches need a swage line around them.
vorn70
Great work on the GTR clone Paul. When I was 16 my dad had a 240K 2 door it drove and went well but I thought it was ugly. Now I look at them and think why didn't I like them. It's fantastic to see what goes on in you'd shop mate ESP when it is an old Datsun. Administrators gav240z Posted July 15, 2014 Administrators Share Posted July 15, 2014 Now I look at them and think why didn't I like them. I think they were over looked for a few reasons, first of all they are quite an odd shape with the standard '240k' arches and the front grille - basically the non GTR look. However give them the appropriate GTR 'fruit' and it really brings out the beauty of the design and shape of the coupe. Gives it just the right balance, to me they are a kind of Japanese Muscle car. Right now my background wall paper is this car. http://bloghashiriya.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/img_9765.jpg If I ever do another restoration project I'd love to do a 240k.
