GottaBeAbstract Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Awesome car man. I clicked the link and the engineering speaks words. Have you ever taken her to the track, looks like a real monster spesh with that power to weight ratio. Good stuff! Quote
Toecutter Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Is that a twin turbo RB? Hi Gav, have you checked us out over here on HybridZ.org ? Lots of nice Z cars to salivate over.... Later - joel Yer, I think most members here drop in to HybridZ every so often. Theres actually a link to it under the Z links button above. Nice Car Joel. Welcome. Sulio Quote
Zeddophile Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Is that a twin turbo RB? Come on Sulio! You should know your nissan engine codes by now! Not to mention the giveaway pictures of the exhaust manifold before the twins were put to bed. Quote
Toecutter Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 At a glance looks like a RB26 but the second turbo...!? Quote
Zeddophile Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 RB26s ARE twin turbo. The 2.6 RB only went in the GT-R, and it was always twin turbo. RB25s and RB20s came either NA or single turbo, but not the 26. Quote
zedevan Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 i have to agree sulio, very poor form although people do swap out the two turbos for a single, although i know i never would awesome car joel, i've been watching your updates on hybridz over the months, possibly years. its not fair that you guys can get rb engines so cheap over there, although i guess there isn't the wide use for them there is here in aus possibly? Toecutter Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 ah ok well there you go...that's just the tip of my ignorance on RB motors! Quote
