Goal Considering purchasing a 240Z within the next 2 months. Just selling some junk around the house and should have the funds soon. I have too much junk Plans Plans to do a RB25 engine swap and restore if need be. Location/History I'm located in Victoria western suburbs near highpoint. Previously owned vehicle is a Honda Integra Type R 2001 Model. Bought for 13k and sold for 25k Muhahaha i'm a bargain hunter what can i say. Mum had an old 1600 Datsun back in the days and have loved the look of the 240 for ages. Now its time to bring dreams to reality. Thats all from me. You all have a great week. Quote

fufu Posted October 13, 2007 Author Posted October 13, 2007 To be honest I've yet to start searching for a 240z, as they seem to go as soon as they are posted for sale. So i don't really have my eyes on any particular 240z at the moment. Once again I've yet to think about the structural changes i will make when putting an Rb motor into a 240z. Frankly i must admit I'm very incompetent when it comes to mechanics and cars. Hopefully i will learn everything from this forum and your help and guidance is much appreciated. Quote

Some of you have probably been PM'd by me in regards to enquire about parts/price and installing them. Your guidance is very appreciated and i must thank each and everyone who has replied thus far and to come. I'm from the Maribyrnong/Highpoint region in Victoria, so hoping to see many of you around on the road. I don't see many Z's in my area. Probably the occasional 1 every month or few months. Quote

There is also a blue 2 seater 260 in the Moonee Ponds area on Browning st which looks like someone is about to start restoring as it has a door skin sitting in the rear.
