    This Z was restored by Chris Pilling of Spraydat tel 0407302475. It was his personal car. I have had two cars restored by Chris and he does very good work. However, Chris sold this Z some time ago and I think there is a not so good story of what happened subsequently. Ring Chris, he knows the details.

    Not unusual to find Z's pulling US$40-50k in the States , for something different or special: https://www.motorcarclassics.com/1972-datsun-240zx-c-67.htm http://eliteautosllc.com/vehicle/nissan-datsun-240z/ This sold for US$49000 about a year ago. That would translate to A$85k landed here.
