Hey Guys, I have a brand new Battery that I bought for the Zed and used for one week. Case of bad diagnosis because as I thought it was a bad battery but turns out it was my alternator wasn't charging. So instead of being patient and getting a new alternator I bought a bigger battery and plugged the car into a power point each night before I was able to track a new alternator down : ). I know terrible hey hahaha. Battery now is fully charged and suits guys after a lighter weight battery. I guess pick up is best. Good to have if you know yours is getting on abit. Clips and Centre cartridge work fine. I used them in my Golf project and they felt great. The extra wide strap felt like you were wearing a harness jacket vs a strap so it was more comfortable. What pads are you running? Hey I noticed on mine the outer pad wears out quicker than the inner. Good idea to check on your pads regularly and rotate left inner to right outer to get good wear out of them. Forgot to check what MC size, will do tmrw.

have you guys cracked open your rear lights to clean them up? if so do you have any pics ?

just play around with the hatch lock position and align it so that the hatch locks very tight. i.e You kinda need to slam the hatch to get it to lock down. Provided the hatch seals is ok I'm sure this will reduce a lot of the exhaust smoke coming in.

Hi Adam, After stumbling across Nat's work shop trying to find someone with patients to have work done to my car I saw yours tucked neatly away in the shop. OMFG I found your build thread tonight have went through every page. Somehow I feel like saying thank you for sticking with your car and build as these things are never easy. I hope all is well with your home build and family. Wish you all the best and that you are able to pick up your car soon. Yeh I've been invited to go with Bab's on JDM forum. Not 100% locked in yet........not really a fan for have the car stuck in a spot for the whole day.
