    Cheers, never expected them to get my hype over the years. It's been good and bad, parts are really hard to find now and people want stupid money for them. Finished priming this at 6pm tonight haha. Just got the boot to prime

    a spectrometer doesn't always give a correct reading. It takes 5 different samples in 1 reading of light reflection then cross references with the data on the computer for a match. One thing it cant do is read particle size. I tried this path with my 240k and just ended up eye matching it as know colour existed to what i needed. Still worth a go, just be aware of its downsides.

    still waiting for shell to get back from the blasters so i started some other stuff.

    So i ran around trying to find a machine shop that could do it today. First 2 couldn't then the 3rd wanted around $500+ and the following said 2/3 hours at $80/$100 a hour but their machiniest is away on compo atm. $500 sounds way to step and then next one isn't so bad. What have people paid for there work?

    240k. I got given this box when i bought a load of parts. No idea what it could be from and if its a 4 speed or 5 speed. Has these markings Only after the front housing for my rb20 box

    ask for zincanneal, it doesnt stretch and form that nice but for most areas you cant go wrong. If your shaping metal you want black steel but it has no protective coating so it will rust unless treated.

    Hey guys. I got a rb20 gearbox to convert to the L6 but my question is can i use my housing from a 4 speed box or will i need a 5 speed housing?

    cheers guys. Yeh not many K's left around these days. Once done i will be keeping a eye out for a 240/260z to join the family but haven't told the Mrs yet haha Good old speaker in door trick Rear quarters need alot of chopping and a new inner arch made.

    I decided on a gtr copy so front guards and quarters needed the chop. Pulled the inner section like the bonnet. Stanard guard Gtr guard my guards

    yeh i prob bought the last cheap one before prices went up, only paid 1500ish for it. Separating the panels is rather easy to a certain degree. Can put up some more info if you want. Yeh i have seen Adams build, we have had many conversations and traded parts over the years haha.

    Hi guys, been lurking around for a while. Was on a lookout for a 240/260z but couldn't find one i liked and a 240k came up i couldn't say no to. I still would love to own a zed but its on the back burner till i finish this and my s14 again. Originally i was goin to keep it like a stock 240k but as per usual i couldn't help myself haha.     Hi guys, unsure where this would belong but has anyone powder coasted there suspension arms? I can paint them at work in 2k but was seeing if there are any pro/cons on powder coating them.
