  1. also, there was a guy in Sydney some years back, mid 90's I think who had the kits made and fitted to Z's, I believe he bought the molds from someone in Melbourne.
  2. this Ferrari didnt have a hatch. having looked at some pics, his choice of taillights look exactly accurate
  3. tail lights look like an after thought
  4. interior looks "plush"
  5. Thanks Alan, I thought the shed @ 6meters might be to wide Kobes, your welcome to drop in, maybe stay the night after the long trip over the Nullabour, service the car, refresh then move on to Tas. oh and check the Zshed
  6. Dude, they look sweet
  7. I saw ...somewhere in QLD, a guy, 260z.2+2 with a 6litre V12?
  8. yeah mate, I have some to BUT we shouldnt go there!! LOL Lurch was asking about how fast my shed would go around Mallala, I said it was to wide, then I thought, what if I welded a Z or Jag to it......
  9. John, thats besause its a "hot" set up
  10. Hi Adam, I checked the settings for my PM's, was not letting "members" PM me....not sure why. anyways thats now fixed cheers
  11. its far to wide
  12. Hi Mate, yeah "I've seen it, great laugh" so is it" I kill you" or "I keel you"? LOL thanks for your good wishs for mum. cheers
  13. Yo oldZman, thanks for the support there. well the karma bogan got out of hand, I had to call in gav to look at it, I trashed all my posts to stop the negative coming in, had a thread started in my name which was not started by me, had that deleted...........gav's looking at that as to WHO could do that AND got the news my mum, who lives with me, has maybe weeks to live.... cancer of the lung, 50 years of smoking "roll your own" so I step back some, look at things........... mums in good spirits, brother down from sydney to look at things... man it shook him up to see mum.... life can be a bitch.............but life goes on eh? but looking at "my" karma..............at one point I had the most negative..........now I have the most positive? go figure
  14. the V8 Anglia? Amaroo hill climb...........19secs......... Amaroo Main......61's.. only run those 2 as I sold it shortly after....lots of potential V12 Z. still looking at that, I have 2 Jag/ Daimlar V12's and a spare V12. no gearbox...have 2... 2seaters an a 2+2 one 2 seater is getting the L28/P90/webers treatment...........bit like a 240 I had back in 1970ish, webers,E31/L26.....180BHPRW @5000 but have learned abit since then. I have an early 240 but wont stuff it with mods as some do, all original chassis/engine number, even have the original wheels/wheelnuts/hubcaps. I saw a Z somewhere with a Jag V12 fitted, 5.2 which I think is a 327? make a good hill climber
  15. Good info Scoot, I had considered for awhile, dropping a Jag V12 in one of the Z's, I have 2,.... V12's............and Z's. weight was a worry. I dropped a P76 alloy V8 into an Anglia sportsedan in the 70's, not a lot of BHP but just a tad less Toque than the L34 Torana V8. that really got mobile V12's have alot of torque ...............the 300BHP wouldnt go astray either
  16. Fotos didnt come in the right order.............you'll figure it out..........
  17. Petes pic..........
  18. The wall that you see, front on, has been changed from a"wall with a door" to a sliding door to allow a dyno to be installed down the track. The " gap" on the left wall, thats 2 sliding doors. I thought , "what if I remove the door at the end, get rid of the "small walk in door", install a sliding door then instal a dyno in the new concrete floor still allowing a car.......a Z........ duh... to be stored/parked over the dyno when not in use? I'm looking at $80 an hour to "run" your car on the dyno.......... no tuning.. which I can do, but just to see your BHP figures? 3 runs maybe? Just a thought. Z SHED is 9m X 6M, Pete an I have some project to fill this up................quickly :( I need more workshop space.................. :'(
  19. Thanks Sirpent, your one of my favorites "to watch", lots of good input there, dude.... Karma, yeah go figure that
  20. Not sure where the thread went so here it tis again, the "Z SHED." First pic is frame on ground and a wall with frame and "cladding" ready to go up when frame is "up" second pic is the arvo, some progress third pic is the colour.... what can I say :-\ :-\ :-\...................... and frame..... moving on fourth pic, my son Pete, 30............" I made this" OR ............" my plants grow this high...hhmmmm " fifth pics, almost done...... well, mostly, some "tweaking", like concrete floor, install a dyno................. :)
