    I can get the part number again. I threw away the packet. But it was about $40.

    think the z badge is so much nicer and simple when compared to the datsun badge. It also does not require holes in the bonnet to mount it. It's a sticky back only.

    I have always liked the J-Spec Z badge on the bonnet, but not a great fan of the datsun badge on the aus delivered models.

    I could use some help to align the hatch, its to far over on the passenger side and I cant move it across with the adjustment bolts.

    Got the inside of the doors and hatch primed now. Going to go over the whole outside of the car again with a couple of layers of primer for consistency. I also mounted my new mirrors, which of course will have to come of for paint, but I needed the wholes in there before the paint goes on.

    I need a whole set of these. I bought a front bar from otomoto so I am not sure if I require 240 or 260 lenses

    Wet my jocks over 370z's all the time but still prefer building up an old girl and turning heads that way on the road.

    Got alot of the primer down today. I do need to rub it back a little to get it nice and smooth. But its great to see it one colour at last. I need to paint the back of the doors and hatch and get some colour on the door jams.

    I got all the Exterior lights working tonight. Found the temp gauge sender wire and started wiring new style terminals in for the connections.

    I also have a complete headlight from loom to globe and a drivers side inspection panel in excellent condition

    That wire is missing in action, so trace through the loom on the drivers side yeah?

    I am trying to find the missing wire for my factory temp gauge. It was not on the sender in the thermastat housing and I can't see it laying about in the engine bay. At which point in the firewall does this wire come out of the cabin and enter the engine bay? Photos may be a help.

    Yeah, I understand that. My concern was that the water seemed to get fairly hot still with not much flow. What's the standard running temp on an l28?

    Was doing some work on the engine last night, and the was removing the the thernastat cover off the housing. The old bolt snapped off and the the cover shattered. J guess it was just old so I will have to replace that. The water in the block did not seem to be circulating. Could the engine need a New pump, or Does itneed to reach a certain temp?

    Is the grill in good condition? Straight?

    Started fitting my autometer gauges today. Gonna fit them where the head unit would fit. Got the sender for the water temp in and trying to get the oil pressure sender in. Anyone Got anywhere they fit their senders in the block

    Ok, The air dam is ordered and I am just about ready to prime the car for paint. I have to head to Sydney this weekend, so I doubt it will be done this week.

    I also have a complete set of 2+2 tail lights in excellent condition.

    Yeah, was meant to pay for it today, but couldn't find my dang credit card. But, I found it now!
