You can supercharge this engine no problem at all But for about 100-200 you can buy an rb30 I brought one for $10.50 It would make better sense to do that

I wonder if you can fit the diesel head on that engine would be awesome to see how much power you couldn't make Maybe throw a set of turbo pistons in it to drop that compression back

Hell yeah scando they are heavy, my back was hurting after that The rb30 im planing on soft cutting at about 7000-7200 and hard cut at 7500 Im thinking with the reputation these engines have for torque that i will not have to rev its head off Also with the 3.7 diff its going to be high geared so im looking to build a torque monster The std cams will be staying in it so that it has a good idle and driveabilty , yeah i guess im getting old

My plan at this stage is to just fit the diff with the cross joints while i look for the right parts to make it a true lsd diff Im busy looking for them now

OK thanks for that Looks like a good plan I guess its just up tp me to find out how many splines i have on output shafts so i can figure out if they are going to match those shafts huh

MY diff turned up today Man how heavy is a r200 it almost broke my back Seems its a 3.7 diff im guessing that will be just fine Well I have no intention of changing it just yet

Im not worried, i will be buying new cv joints Im just wondering if r200 ones are all the same but i see that they comes in different spline counts so i will see what spline count i have and then see what cv joints fit

Ok i have an r200 diff What i want to know is can i pop the half shafts out and get a cv that just pops on there I have searched all around but no one seems to be able to answer my question

I have been busy building some engines for other people so not much to report on car But did start to reassemable the rb30, with the twin cam head I also finished porting the rb26 head up so just have to recut the valves now and its ready to go

Yeah its bit bad than I thought for a car thats supposed to been back to the metal However it can be fixed I will post pics of it fixed in the next couple of days I have had the back done under the car and we are getting on to the rest of the panels now

I found a bit of extra rust as well In the heater duct but not to bad will be easy to fix Im pulling the air con out is the old aircon worth anything
