  1. Heat sink fins along the outer housing I believe....LOL But somehow I think you already knew that Scoota Simon you should have your own drive time radio program, sharpest knife in the draw.......LMAO
  2. Lurch Theres a fair bit of interest, how are we going to move ahead with this? Cheers John
  3. LMAO OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Peter if he only knew
  4. No its just your dirty perverted viagra driven (Thanks to Benny, geeez I miss him does anyone else?) mind hard at work Im afraid Simon, however if and when project "X" gets off the ground I can garauntee you you will never need Viagra again.
  5. OK so you will have your car there? I already have some ideas about how we could do a hybrid hybrid one for you which we can discuss on the day. EDIT: And also a couple of things regarding project "X" I mentioned to you
  6. Great Peter, I would have liked to se you in action also, just couldnt be, maybe I will bring the nose along as well so ppl can take a better look at it, interested? Cheers John
  7. Happy to do so So are we going to circle in a date and venue? Or should we do an advance roll call to see how many first? This will have to be an all day event though and I'd suggest maybe an extended BBQ in between sessions. Also, I will probably prep up a guard of mine in Epoxy Primer for the surfacing tutorial but will need members to nominate a raw repaired panel for filler work and surfacing which we can then lay down some material on, a flat panel such as a door for instance would probably be the most versitile.. Cheers John
  8. Correct, The mounts are slightly wider than the Zeds but the handles are physically the same item All you need to do is widen the screw holes on the door skin by about a mm each side for them to mount on. Cheers John
  9. This was the original knob from my 260Z. I took it off in 83 and stored it away, so the condition is probably above average as it hasnt been used at all in 28 years. Cheers John
  10. Well guys Im up for it, But unfortunately my place just wouldnt work as there isnt enough room to swing a cat in there at the moment. So if someone is willing to donate a shed etc for the day I will bring everything else. Of course this is an official club event so over to you Lurch, your thoughts.......... Cheers John P.S. Loui if you want to crash at my place you know youre welcome, just bring your tools.....LOL
  11. Thanks Loui, Telstra just fixed our phone lines and Internet so Im back on line now.
  12. Well Evan All will be revealed if the day gets some support, Im happy to do a couple of panels through the entire process from initial fill surfacing prep right up to pre paint blocking which is probably the most crucial for any paint job. And of course all my tips and tricks along the way.
  13. Just a suggestion I would be happy to assist in if there is any interest........... Panel filler prep sealing application and correct surfacing techniques for those who have completed rust repairs and are about to start the end process. Cheers John
  14. Guys this is great reading so dont apologise.

  16. Where for art thou Gordon ? Our father who art in retirement, Hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come, it will be done Today as it twas in 1970 Give us this day our daily ride And forgive our trespasses (driving hairdressers cars) As we forgive those that tresspass against us and drive MX-5's etc And lead us not into temptation (driving Commodes and XR6's) But help us rid our builds of all evils. Amen (Sorry Rev)
  17. Exactly what I was eluding to also, even with what Im planning and so far inistigating, everything is reversable. And like Dave, i also have the original matching # motor sitting where it has been for the last 16 years in the garage at home. Im just glad I also have all the original sales docs even the 75 issue number plates which makes the package even more historically original.
  18. Well at least it was entertaining while it lasted...............
  19. Adam It's only a matter of time be it 240 or 260, and thats great news. So is the moral of the storyy keep them original at all costs? It's something I keep thinking about everytime I start dreaming up mods on my build. Cheers John
  20. Well Im about to see of the tool has enough balls to respond. Hey Benny Pars Can you give me a price on the following Qty Fix 100 100mg Viagra tabs for Simon so as he can maintain his hard on 24/7 over the crate of parts he recently acquired. 400 2mg Estrogeon tabs for Benny so as to bring out his softer femme side 100 50mg Cyprotone tabs for myself due to prostrate problems stopping me working on my Zed and reading your spam posts instead.
  21. Thats cool Benny, and apologies then I tried to be civil as Simon's a great bloke and I read it as is and not in a jovial way. LURCH............. Just give us this bennyspambotrolvic's email address that he registered with via PM and we can overload his email inbox in return. He will probably just open new accounts anyhow and this will start all over again. Maybe the forum needs to adopt that only genuine email address' i.e. Bigpond ect can be used when registering for an account from here on in.
  22. think you need some hormonal meds after watching your "man trip" vid. Maybe PM bennypars he may have some Think Benny may become an unpopular name around these parts. Best we concentrate on this scum thats shat on the forum and not post personal attacks on one and other.
