  1. You wouldnt happen to still have the paint code would you? Bike colours are fantastic
  2. I really like how this colour changes in the light around the rear quarter. Thats becasue of the pearl in the paint right?
  3. Hello Im really keen on painting my car a similar colour to this. Ive done some reseach on the car but cant seem to find any paint codes or colour references. I want a nice whitesh/ silver colour with a pearl in it . Does anyone know any colours, from any car, that are similar to this? 4. Believe it or not it was roughtly 66 bucks for 4! Making them around 17 or so dollars each. C C C Cheap

  6. Wow those prices are quite high. A year ago I bought my 2 seater complete but without an engine and needing work for $2200 and i thought it was a gamble at the time. Looking at prices these days for zeds i think i got it cheap.
  7. Sure ok i will make some enquires for you and post back here in a few days. Who would be interested in set? Not making any promises but.....
  8. Hmm i can try. They might be a bit sus if i ordered 20 lights though! I ordered them from nissan thailand and they ordered them from nissan japan for me. I bought 4 and they cost me $66AUD! . Might wanna check prices in Aus first because postage from thailand to Aust will increase the price quite a bit. This is what im hoping they will look like. Photoshop
  9. Part numbers and where i will put them if anyone is interested
  10. Yeah and because im in living thailand for a while i got them for a steal!
  11. Well im really chuffed about this idea i had and i think it will look really good when its finshed. I always thought the indicators on the front guard made the car lool a little busy at the front. So i ordered these bad boys of the 370Z. I will place them in the centre of the guard behind after the wheel arch if that makes sense. Same as on the 370z. What do you think?

    Rota Wheels

Hello Ben couple of questions. Ive bought the 17x9 and 17x 9.5 Rotos off you a while back. Where can i buy some nuts to suit and what size tyres would you recommned? I have kings lowered springs if it makes a diffrence.
  14. Can you post pics of the flares. Im interested
  15. Yeah thanks for the coments guys. This was really just a discussion piece but in reality its going to cost a lot of my time and money to do this just for a look. There are other areas on the car for time and money to be spent first. Thanks for all the input though
  16. Yes that was my next question PeterAllen. Exhaust note from duals on an I6. Im running an L28 turbo. With the exhaust, i guessing, running a single pipe from the engine and then splitting it into a Y and then onto dual exhausts. How will this sound? Will it sound crap?
  17. So ive done a LOT of research on the web, over at hybridz and googling and still couldnt find a good way to run dual exhasut and keep the rear wheel well. Then hey presto found a way i think. I was reading a build up page and the bloke did it by cutting out a section of his fuel tank big enough to accomdate a muffler. It this dangourous but? I would get it wlded professionally and run a heat shield but still? Here is the link and some pics. Comments or input appreciated. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3195135/10
  18. Fantastic thanks zzzzed
  19. Had a bit of a look at fuel tanks on evil bay and one looks like it has potential. This is a xa fuel tank. Looks like it might fit in place and maybe be able to keep the tire well but i would think it might be a bit too wide If i was in australia i could easy get a measurement. Damn i'm teasing my self
  20. Yeah ive searched over at hybrid but most guys there go camaro tanks or go the whole hog with the fuel cell. I like the dual exhausts but not enought to justify the cost and time of putting in a fuel cell.
  21. So im currently living overseas for a bit and am away from my zed baby. However that doesnt stop me dreaming up crazy ideas. So to the point. Im really like the look of twin exhausts on zeds. However ive seen from research that it means doing it means doing a lot of work just the look. Eg cut out spare wheel well and weld in a fuel cell and support. So had a bit of an idea. Ive seen with the LPG setups that they can get a round fuel tank (donut tank) that sits in the spare wheel well. I could run the round one and no orginal fuel tank underneath leaving room for the duals. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/XA-XB-XC-XD-DONUT-LPG-GAS-TANK_W0QQitemZ150386324291QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Car_Parts_Accessories?hash=item2303b93343 Is it possible to mod an LPG tank and turn it into a normal fuel tank? However i think i would run into problems with fuel senders ,fillers and fuel capacity. I also heard of 280zx fuel tank swap on the grape vines? Ideas and comments appreciated.
  22. 6km!!! holy moly! The dog dragged your keys and pizza 6 kms home? Wow that dog likes pizza
  23. He he I once came back from a long driving trip and left my car at the top of the driveway on the hill and wasnt really paying attention. Unfortuanetly the hangbrake failed and it wasnt in gear so it rolled down the driveway and under the house into the basement garage. It was a steep hill and the garage was also converted to my bedroom so....... that crapy mazda 929 with the crappy handbrake got up some real speed and went through the grage door and demolished my entire room. :'( but the insurance check was good being a uni student at the time
  24. From what i read those flares can be made for you but they were really exspensive. Like thousands if i remeber correctly
  25. Maybe someone could make a sticky of this process. I could really use the help when i get one of these kits in the future
