Dapper Lighting has received them at his warehouse in the states. I believe they are doing a test fit in a car to make sure "its all good", then he should ship them out. I will let you know when they are enroute to me.

Whiteline was purchased by Fulcrum Suspensions here in Brisbane. They have OEM examples and a bending program for the 260Z bars, but can readily make you up anything you want.

Hi All, Just an update. The production of the lights should be finished this week. The container is then being shipped to the US, which should be expected in the next 3-4 weeks. Ben expects our lights to be shipped out to Aus on the 25th of May. Cheers

DOOR PICS I've cross referenced with my pictures, it is indeed a late 260z (early 280z) style -- "innie lock". Which consequently is not right for my car anyway. There has been ALOT of interest in this part, so now I have provided the accurate information I'm going to accept offers for the door. 20% of the sale will be donated to AusZ website costs.

As the title says: 2x Rota RB-R 16x8 ET+4 114.3x4 in the Gun Metal finish. Purchased two of these for test fitting on a car when Otomoto was the supplier. They fit well but I have gone a different direction. They are essentially brand new in box, only had tyres on them for a day for the test fit, never driven on. No scratches, blemishes or other discernible indications of "not-new". FYI: They will clear the biggest of brakes up the front (I tested against 300mm rotors) and will not rub on the bodywork/arches with the correct tyres. As this size and colour is NO LONGER AVAILABLE, this is perfect for someone that purchased from Ben back in the day and is looking for a few spares for inevitable kurb hits/rashes. I also have the tyres that I used for test fitting, two used Falken Azenis Semi-Slicks in a 225/50R16, which is the perfect size for these rims to keep your speedo within a few percent. Also legal by NCOP guidelines. $500 for the set obo. I'll need to have a hunt for the injectors as they are in a ziploc somewhere but are included Also included is a VL inline fuel pump and rear bracket (it mounts behind the fuel tank) Was running in the car with no issues on above engine, using stock carby fuel lines, never had any issues with surge (that I can recall) Harness is showing its age around the injector/water temp connectors, but that is the case with all these harnesses, nothing some love, electrical tape or heatshrink wouldn't fix I can include the thermostat housing with the temp sensor and thermotime switch I can also provide you with wiring diagrams and all the information you need you'd require to put this in a carby car (there are 6 wires to connect to your stock harness and 2 relays you will need to install and run it) Make me an offer! Best ask Ben on HybridZ, I know you can order them without HID globes. just so you have the projector housing and run H4's etc. It is $100 cheaper again then.

Just a bump on this. I relocated for work and need a panel beater in qld to prep and paint. Any recommendations for someone that has experience with Z cars?

I did end up sorting it out for my order in time. Just forgot to reply here. In the end I went for zinc plated M8 Standard Pitch CSK hex socket screws (over the original phillips head) Grade 8.8 15mm overall. The originals have a countersunk/taper serated tooth washer, but I just went for a dab of loctite. They cost me 80c each with my main fastener order.

Shipping 5 or 6 sets together would put the declared value at ~$3000 USD. You would end up paying at minimum another 20% on top for duty and import charges. I think you would be worse off.

Hey Guys, Not sure if anyone is interested, but Ben from dapper is doing a group buy of the new V2 HID projector kits over at HybridZ. The cost reduction makes it worth while. http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/116421-dapper-lighting-version-2-projector-headlights I know there is always debate about HID lights, but the low beam with cut-off shield really does make these a hugely different product from the HID bulbs in reflector housings.
