i agree with the darker silver suggestion, but since u've had it as a light silver its probably grown on you quite a bit! i was always wanting to go the s15 grey, but this audi colour has since caught my eye, its a bit lighter and has what looks to b alot more smaller specs so looks classier having a car that needs similar body work i'm interested in knowing how much its all cost, but i'm scared to ask lol

sounds like good options to me i never came across all the different offsets availble, the shop told me i'd b pushing it to get 16x8 under the rear so i wonder which offset they were refering to, i'm thinking the -4mm as they were saying it would hit the guards. from memory they wanted aroun 250 for the 8", 230 for the 7" and it was another 50 a wheel to get the black finish, or mayb that was to get hyper chrome, which makes sense as it would take more effort... i could see myself buying some solid titanium coloured 16" wheels for not attracting as much attention or as much effort to keep clean lol, and looks cool as watanabe rip offs

the wheels in the pic look more like performance superlites, and is probably more likely since the car is in australia? panasports cost heaps over here rota have released their version of these wheels in 17" which might look quite sexy, i think they are a bit under US$700 for a set.

i've had individual gauge lights go out then come back on after getting knocked going over bumps etc (this is currently how my interior light works lol) and i've had everything that comes on wtih parkers stop working as the lead connection fell off the switch. i've never had the dash out, but mayb try to get a wiring diagram for it and see if there's some common connection to check somewhere?

i believe most cars are modeled in alias, like the main app of it, i've never played with it though, tis ment to b really good though. i think its made by autodesk who make autocad and inventor, and i think that sketchpad one is free?

looks good to me. how much is a manifold so the air doesn't run over the top of hte engine? i went in a mates sr20det powered 180sx on the weekend and i'm inching for a turbo car he was saying that rb's are a higher reving engine and some sr's produce more torque? that doesn't make complete sense to me though

300zx is a different motor...a stroker is the same, assuming ur talking about a stroker L series. this is quite an expensive option, where abouts do u live? i would love a turbo 280zx motor, but they are expensive in australia...

thats like exactly the same places i have my flares mounted, judging by the bolt locations. if i were to do it again i'd put the rear upper bolt on the back flares just below the styling line down the side of the car. it makes painting my car white seem tempting lol

yep, the dam expensive screens, i was shocked when a second one showed up! the thing wrong in the pic is the closer screen is "drawing" whats hanging up in the background, which to me atleast is a stuff up lol. the program that is prefered for using it is by alias, i've forgotten the exact name, something like sketchpad?

looks good! i've got quite a few copic markers as i use them for uni stuff, sure aren't cheap huh? speically when everyone borrows each others, you end up loosing to many...i've prob lost 10 but gained 4 lol i've got a tablet but was to small (bought it prob 5yrs ago so couldn't afford much ) but ended up just drawing stuff then tracing in illustrator then using selections and layers, but then again i was never doing it as much as you do or as sexily as u do! we use some program at work with the screen tablets, its basically photoshop but simplified down to only layers and better paint brush options, i'll pay attention to what its called but u mgiht have already seen/used it. i was hoping that image was higher res to see a name, i think the person futher away is using it. does anyone see the problem with the photo? hehe, i pointed it out to them but they coudlnt' b bothered fixing it after.

i reakon these would look awesome grafted into the side, pretty similar to whats on the side of a db9 etc, if only they weren't so expensive...i wonder if the vz ones like craig's have come down a bit now..ohwell off topic

so are you running the 200zr sump and engine mounts? what did you do about the gearbox mount? have you got any pictures of the engine to firewall distance? if it was mounted further back would there be an issue with the gear lever hole? i saw one on ur site thingy but its cropped and not the best angle for it lol the more i'm thinking about it, the more...logical an rb swap is over a jz possibly. Also what happened regarding getting ur car engineered/registered in vic?

r u saying my pics aren't good? lol, nicely edited though gav. do u like my missing bolts on the rear flares? and yeah whenever really sulio, i'm going away this long weekend, and i should get the rear spoiler on first plus mine will look like a 4wd next to urs personally i think that green is to blue, there's an rb26 powered zed in america tahts a house of colours colour thats very similar to that. i actully like the yellowish tinge in the green thats on my car, but yeah it takes it further away from BRG. if i were to respray it a green it would either b this orginal or a bit of a darker green, like whats on some bmw's and the old new mini. i never really liked green cars until i ended up owning one, and green was my favorite colour as a kid so i dont know y. i think its kind of an old mans sports car colour, so eventually the car will end up being sprayed in it, its just a question of what colour in the mean time...if it goes horribly wrong it will end up white or flat black lol

just hurry up and buy some wats! they are forged yeah? so prob worth the extra and look sweet in their own right! but yeah, its hard to stay focused on just one thing huh? lol

yeah it does look good, can't disagree with any of you there lol. spending over 1g on a paint job isn't something i really want to do right now so i'll see what happens. and i'd still like to have it some weird colour for a bit for some stupid reason... i saw ur mr2 for sale on carsales, is ur zed on the road? i want to have some 4age powered car at some stage
