chris240 Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Just thought Id say hello...I bought a 240 about 3 weeks ago, pretty much unmolested , matching numbers, rust free Canberra car. The car wasnt for sale but a fair price was negotiated. Im looking to bring it up to original specs. I went to sydney and looked at an early numbered Mustard 240 that was on ebay about 3 weeks ago, I could have bought it for $4000 on the spot but declined because of the extensive rust. The bloody thing sold for $6950 ..rust & all ! Has the world gone mad or are basic & cruddy 240's fetching that sort of money ! Quote
