datsunfreak Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 As title states, looking for a RHD steering rack from an S30 ('70-78 model). Don't care what year as long as it's manual and not power steering. Anyone have one to part with and willing to ship to the USA? I don't need the outer tie rod ends so it should fit into a smallish box. john@japanesenostalgiccar.com Quote
BobsYourUncle Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 There should be plenty of them around, but I think your main issue will be finding someone who'll ship to the US - it's not something I've done before, but I imagine it's more complicated that shipping within Australia? Quote
nizm0zed Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Not really, all you need to know is the total weight of the package and the dimensions. From there you can use several companies, top 3 being Toll, Fedex or DHL. All 3 are international companies and have Australian and American based offices/depots Quote
Scoota G Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 I think i have a spare one. If not someone supply me one and i'll ship it. I shipped an entire TA23 dash to Malaysia no big deal. Quote

jamo240 Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 Hey Datsunfreak....I converted my 240 to power steering, so do have the one that came out in good condition if you get stuck. Hopefully one of the guys with a spare one will come through, as I generally keep one of everything in case i ever need it...but I could be talked out of it if you're in a fix. I would of course want a flashy pair of boots or a cowboy hat for my trouble! Quote
