stevofoxono Posted May 21, 2012 Author Posted May 21, 2012 All is now well! Ended up getting a free tow into warwick and stayed at a very nice hotel. Drove back this morning without a problem and now am home. Shall get to work this arvo and see if i can fix her. Thanks all Quote
RB30X Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Might be a stalk issue? I noticed the old Zed sealed beams draw a huge current. Maybe check for a melted wire too. My fuel pump noise and my volt meter change considerably when I turn my lights on. Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted May 21, 2012 Moderators Posted May 21, 2012 Sounds like a wire has broken off from where they are soldered on on the base of the switch. They get hot and come off. Quote
