custommade Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 Hey guys, anyone know how it would go getting a Road worthy With coilovers installed or should you just regester it first. I'm in located in VIC. Cheers Quote
pauly_adams Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 a mate of mine just put his car though vic roadworthy he had coil overs and had no issues Quote
Agno Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Coilovers will pass rwc as long as they are above legal height. There is nothing illegal about height adjustable suspension, otherwise most airbag and torsion bar rear ended vehicles would not pass rwc. Quote
saxon Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 What about coilovers with weld in camberplates? Quote
Agno Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I had my (other) car with camber adjustable top hats pass rwc... but sorry I don't know if they would pass that. Gut instinct says no because you have modified the strut towers. It really depends on the tester though. Quote
