Moderators Zedman240® Posted February 20, 2012 Moderators Posted February 20, 2012 I think those wheels were part of those fake spoke wheels that used to be around..they had a spoke "hub cap" type arrangement and the shiny wheel behind reflected the spokes in front...all in all pretty damn horrid.
