Hi All

I will be purchasing the tecnoversion diff mount with the energy suspension mount, as seen here http://www.technoversions.com/DiffMountHome.html.

I sent the guy an email, he has responded saying that he can fit two of them in a box for the same shipping cost. If anyone is interested ill order the 2. will be about $115 each if we split the shipping, cost will go up if i need to ship it from Melbourne, I'm not in it to make any cash. Seems pointless to ship a half empty box.

This setup completely replaces the old diff mount. Let me know if anyone is keen. if not ill just get the 1. shipping to Australia is $50 so you will save $25, not huge i know, but every little bit helps.

price does not include forwarding the item to another location, if your in Melbourne your welcome to come over for a beer to pick it up and talk shop for a bit.

Kent it looks like a RT diff mount to me, I've got an RT mount with the three holes and it fits my series 1

Thats correct, it is an RT design. With an added notch for fuel lines.

If there's anyway You can do 3, I'd definitely be in for one as well!  :)

I have posed the question. Should know tomorrow. Full price is $135 U.S to  your door. maybe there is someone else that may come along.

Hey guys I'm starting to build my 240 what's the plus's with this style of mount. Mine had a r200 when stripped and i will be running an rb25det so possibly could be interested.

I have the Ron Tyler mount which is the same as the technoversions mount without the cut-out for the fuel lines.  It can still be mounted but just requires some forceful manouvering of the fuel lines.

I run it with a bumpstop pushing down on the nose of the diff to work like the strap, but you can use a PU mount which also lowers the nose of the diff.

The advantage is less clunking when changing gears and saves the diff mount too.  Essentially, it does what the strap should do.  Some people just replace the strap with a chain.

Great, let me know if it works out and pm me your details for payment. Thanks  :)

Sorry gareth, only 2 in a box, exceeds that flat rate shipping weight. there is bound to be someone else thats keen to team up.

No worries, thanks for trying  :)

Gareth:

If you want to tag team I'll buy the second one.  Seems like a good saving.

Dewit:  Do we you need to assist here, or do we just need to contact them direct to get the same deal?

Cheers,

just contact him directly, its just combined shipping. I have to leave it for a Little bit now, my clutch died a few days ago and money will now be getting re allocated to that.

One is an overhead diff mount and the other one is to replace the strap to stop the diff lifting under load. You buy one or the other not both. 8)
