Need cheering up, had to cancel going to Winton :-(

Just called the organizer of this weekends MSCA Winton event to pull out.

Not only havs gastro gone through my house this week, but my 3 year old daughter got croup. Which she had antibiotics and steroids to fight it.

Now it seems my 5 month old daughter may have it too.

Was up most of the night with her in our bed. Poor little thing.

We're checking her temps as the Dr told us to go to the hospital if her temp goes over 38.

 

Now dad has told me he's quite sick with gastro now.

Jeebus.

Don't think it's right to deliberately see people and spread this terrible bug!

 

So apologies to Steve (chevZ) of his generous offer to put us up for the night. Defiantly take s raincheck mate

My daughter had croup just a couple of weeks ago..its a nasty sound when they cough...you get worried thinking they can't breathe! Hope you all get through it all... Make it to the island though; I intend to be there also.
