+1 for the local zed economny.

and IF in the unlikely event there is something wrong with them, you always always have a point of contavct who will actually care and get it sorted, rather than the dipute resolution centre (read "dispute acknowledgement centre") on ebay and some bloke who couldnt give 2 hoots about it.

What I was thinking of making next were moulds for hard to get firewall and other grommets....when I pour the liquid into a larger moulds I always make sure I've mixed a little more than I need, it's good practice, I found out the hard way...but what I do is have a much smaller moulds prepared ready to go and pour the left over into those...years ago I used Roadster front end grease boot moulds for that purpose, guess what ? still got a lot of those boots hanging around here, they're still good too..gotta keep them out of direct sunlight though but otherwise they last forever...resist oil, petrol and grease, I did all the tests years ago

One of the firewall grommets that always seem to go first is the wiper motor grommet. I am yet to see an original car with one of these that has not started to break down.

Or another option is the NLA handbrake grommet. This fit on the end of the handbrake (pass side) and fits into the body/tunnel. These are small and would be good to use up the extra mix - plus as these a NLA you will have a market for them in the US, I would assume. I would take one for sure. Currently I am using a cut down door stop (rubber/plastic) I got from the local bunnings store.
