New front bumpers on eBay

Anybody had a look at the new front bumpers advertised on eBay & are they a good fit & quality? They don't apear to have the holes for the rubber strips nor the reg plate brackets.

I haven't seen them but I suspect the lack of holes is to allow for those that want the clean look without the rubber. It is easier to drill holes than to fill them in, but yes I know the drilling will eventually cause rust

But they 'appear' to be of reasonable quality...

Cheaper to get them out of the US atm too.
