240ZBUILTBYME Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 As an enthusiast of collecting zed parts I have been itching to by parts from the US but have been holding off due to currency exchange being horrible for the AUD/USD and airfreight prices being extortionary. Lately the AUD has been getting stronger but airfreight is remaining stubbornly high. Does anybody have a good index they use to track airfreight prices? Ive been using https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/IS2312 prices still looks over double that of normal Quote
C.A.R. Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 My freight forwarder tells me sea freight prices are slowly coming down & he expects mid next year the prices will be back down to more reasonable levels. Quote
turboworks Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 i'm trying to collect 1973 Datsun 240Z from Greece to UK, not sure if there would be some additional fees as we are no longer in the EU, any ideas? Quote
