Rear windscreens

My 240Z doesn't have a rear demister and I'm wondering whether they were available for the 240. Otherwise, does a 260 rear screen fit in?

I'd have to check but I believe they were optional on early 240Z's and then became standard in later years. 260Z coupe and 240Z rear screens are interchangeable (but not 2+2).....I have a non-demister 240Z rear windscreen in my 260Z (I prefer the look and the original had stopped working anyway).

There are two types of rear screens with de-mister. The very early ones have vertical wires and the later ones are horizontal. Only matters to the concource type/must be original....which I am not.

Reviving an old thread here but can someone confirm if a 260 2+2 rear screen will fit a 240z
