Head/parking light connectors

I have a 1975 260Z.

In the wiring for the head lights, parking lights and blinkers there are small white connectors.

Is it possible to remove the wires from inside these connectors and how do you do it?

You would not believe it after trying for ages I have just worked it out.

For anyone else interested I used a piece of hard plastic tube that fits over the male part in the connector and inside the hole in the white connector,push it in firmly and then pull the wire out the back of the connector.

There are two little barbs on the male part that catch inside the connector and the plastic tube makes these lay down so you can pull the wire out.

Now I have just got to work out the female part.
