I will be getting a 2" system made within the next week , any thoughts on type of rear muffler ? ...motor is stockish , but strong. walker turbo 2 1/4 outlet perhaps or something that will give nice note.. Enzo Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 G'Day, I use a straight through resonator in the tunnel alongside the tail shaft and a Lukie straight through (oval shape) at the rear. The sound is strong without being too loud. I notice that you have not fitted the carb heat shield yet. This would be advisable to keep heat from the fuel bowls. Regards David. Quote
Toecutter Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 Hi Chris, I use a 2 1/4" "Turbo Flow"muffler with resonator in the middle like David has however I found when I had the straight though at the back I would get pretty bad resonation at 100km/hr and lack of bottom end power. I tried quite a few different combos before I got it right. Sulio Quote
