Does anyone have a picture of #6? The manual calls it a ring slip. Looks like it slips on the grooved section of the pedal and holds the accelerator return spring in place next to the mounting bracket.

I might have it somewhere but haven't located it yet. A picture would help or if anyone has a spare that would also help.

Thanks

Found it this morning. I didn't think it was a simple e-clip as the slot on the pedal is 4mm wide. I found the blasted thing inside the plastic mount which also has a slot for the clip. Must be how they located the pedal to the firewall.

You mean the picture in the parts manual doesn't give you a good sense of what it looks like? I'm shocked, shocked!

I took some photos for you of my spare pedals (remember I want to do a manual conversion?) :P

You could make it if it you had no other choice, but since this part missed out on it's gold passivate plating I intend to dock you several points at the next concours event I'm judging.

Haha. We can't have that. I'm sending it to the plater right away! I'm actually hoping it has kept its plating. I'll give it a clean tomorrow. Just finished our yearly stocktake and I'm beat!

Thanks for the photos Gav.
