which bushings?

I've got to buy some new bushings for the suspension what would be the best type (polyurethane?)for a sunday driver, maybe some track days.

I found that site to be pretty useless.

Try Rob at Ringwood Auto, he has been racing 1600's for years so he knows Datto's pretty well. He's always very helpful.
