Anyone tried Project Mu Club Racer pads?  The present Carbotech XP10's have been great but I've been a bit slack and to be sure need a spare set of new pads, the Mu's are available locally the XP's aren't.

You going to skim the discs before changing brands?

Discs now will have build up of existing pads.

How old are they?

Showing any signs of crumbling at the edges?

If no edges degradation, maybe stick with them.

The PMU dealer i talked to said they are a very similar compound to the absolutely fabulous H16-03 which I have used. The main difference is the amount of laps the RC-09 can take the punishment for. If you are doing 10 lap sprints they should be good.

The Mu's were sent back, there was a lot of metal in the compound which rightly or wrongly I considered would score the rotors. Those H16-03's have a relatively high friction rate, if they have good modulation then good for sprints?

The H16 compound is faultless. Phenomenal stopping power from first application of the brake pedal on brand new rotors and still fantastic after 23+ hours of non stop track abuse.
