260DET Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 Anyone tried Project Mu Club Racer pads? The present Carbotech XP10's have been great but I've been a bit slack and to be sure need a spare set of new pads, the Mu's are available locally the XP's aren't. Quote
dat2kman Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 You going to skim the discs before changing brands? Discs now will have build up of existing pads. How old are they? Showing any signs of crumbling at the edges? If no edges degradation, maybe stick with them. Quote

d3c0y Posted January 31, 2017 Posted January 31, 2017 The PMU dealer i talked to said they are a very similar compound to the absolutely fabulous H16-03 which I have used. The main difference is the amount of laps the RC-09 can take the punishment for. If you are doing 10 lap sprints they should be good. Quote
260DET Posted February 3, 2017 Author Posted February 3, 2017 (edited) The Mu's were sent back, there was a lot of metal in the compound which rightly or wrongly I considered would score the rotors.
