CBR Jeff Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Good afternoon all. I'm hoping one of you boys can help me out. Both of the guards on my z are badly damaged and in a poor state from previous repairers. I'm after some photos of the bottom of a good guard, right or left does not matter. I have new Tabco sections to replace this section but would like to see what this section should look like first. Photos of each side of the bottom would be great if possible. Thanks in advance. CBR Jeff Posted November 15, 2015 Author Posted November 15, 2015 Thanks Gav. That helps but does not quite give the full picture. I know what I am missing now. I would still like to see this back of a totally original guard if anyone can help. I did do a search but could not find the exact picture. Jeff. Quote
FuzzyDropbear Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 (edited) Hi Jeff, Looking at your photos, are you looking for this piece that's missing from the inside bottom of your guard? If so, this is the original piece, bar the dodgey welding I was doing. That's all I have on me, but can get better ones if you need it. CBR Jeff Posted November 19, 2015 Author Posted November 19, 2015 Thanks Rob. That's exactly the bit I need details of. At your leisure a couple of more photos of that section and along to the wheel arch (so including both fastening points) from top and bottom would be excellent please. Thanks in advance Jeff Quote
FuzzyDropbear Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 Hi Jeff, Do these help? http://s206.photobucket.com/user/FuzzyDropbear/library/Zed%20door%20pics I forgot to grab a pic of the entire bottom section, let me know if you need more. Cheers Quote
CBR Jeff Posted November 21, 2015 Author Posted November 21, 2015 (edited) Thanks Rob spot on. I have copied the shots I need. It's going to be interesting reproducing that. See how I go. Jeff Edited November 21, 2015 by CBR Jeff FuzzyDropbear 1 Quote
