280Z (N42?) head = Nissan Patrol head??

I am having trouble sourcing a head for my L28. Would like to fuel inject later hence the need for a head that includes inlet entry. My research via this forum indicates that a Nissan Patrol 2.8L head is also a N42 - if they are compatible (and that is the question - are they?), I may be able to have less trouble sourcing one?

Patrol came with N42 and P90 heads. Check Gumtree, eBay there is a few wreckers that will like have N42's hanging around. If you get desperate I've got an N42 with a minor crack in it that will need repair and pressure testing, checked to make sure surface is good etc.. But at this stage I would sell it.

I also have a bare N42 head off a 280 with the injector notches in the casting, but up here in Brisbane
