MIDAT Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Technical information required. Howdy all. After a owners manual / guide for a standard 260Z radio. Hopefully it may have an internal wiring diagram in it! Or, a photo of a diagram that may be glued to the outside of one! Mainly interested in the pins on the back for power, etc. Going to use this one in my Datsun 2000 Sports. The Radio is a Clarion AM/FM Model No: RN-357. Any advice would be appreciated. Top left........Not used Middle left....1 wire......White with Black stripe Bottom left...1 wire......White with Black stripe (Speaker wires I presume) Top right.......2 wires....both Black with Green stripe Middle right...1 wire.....Green with White stripe Bottom right..1 wire.....Blue with dark Red stripe. My guess would be W/B for speakers, B/G for ground, G/W for power and L/R for illumination? You also need to work out whether the left and right refer to the front of the connector or the back. If it was me, I'd open the radio up and follow the wires/traces inside to work it out. Quote
