luvemfast Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 I may, or may not, have left my caps on for the Sandown sprint meet last weekend. I can neither confirm or deny this fact. The result is, that I am now missing 2 caps! Don't suppose anyone here can help me out? Failing that, I can get another set of 4 from Ben @ Otomoto for $70 http://www.otomoto.com.au/p/4754759/watanabe-wheel-caps-set-of-four.html Quote
PZG302 Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Simon, I would do the following: 1. sack your tyre and wheel management team for the Zed..... 2. get the set of 4 from Ben as you know you may or may not forget to remove the caps at another track day...... Hope that helps..... Quote

dat2kman Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 In olden dayz CAMS manuals, i often wondered what "knave caps" where! The rule in the manual stated that "wheel knave caps are to be removed"it turned out they were referring to these things. Where the heck "knave" came from, I have nfi! Prolly from old Cobb &Co wagon wheel days. There ya go! Quote
