Scoota G Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 I take a sample of a chassis rail i need bent up to the local metal fabrication shop. Usually only takes a couple of days and you can even extend them right to the rear chassis if you get them made long enough. Quote

Make a cardboard template and start from the rear, it helps a lot to get it fitting correct. You can then trim to the front section to suit. I plug and seam weld them. Quote
