Recovering seats with new skins.

Looking at recovering the seats my car with the sets available online. The big question is. Leather or synthetic? The leather looks great for 450 posted, but under 250 posted for synthetic let her looks great, and the faux stuff is pretty good these days.

Anyone got any thoughts or experience with these skins?

I got the synth they came up great,  from kahlid at interior innovations he has an ebay store but you can save a little going to his web site fairly simple to fit very hard on the fingers though

I have a synthetic set in my car. I find the soft leather look vinal is to soft because I have had them in my car for 12 months and they are already showing signs of wear on the lower outside corner of the backrest.

My car dose not get driven that often either.

I got the full leather in black with white stitching. It's gorgeous.

I'm pretty useless with my hands but willing to give things a go. How difficult are these to do?

they are fairly straight forward to fit,
