neRok
The area in the red square. Majority of the wires seem to be black. Is this even a factory loom, or remnants of an alarm or something (black wires make me think that)?
nizm0zed
Its part of the factory loom.someone will know better than me, but i think its part of the factory option AC wiring?however, i do know that the green link wire is part of the indicator circuit, if you unplug it they wont work. That part of the wiring may also be part of a hazard flasher option? gilltech
That's factory, clips into place next to that dashboard brace. All part of the wiring in that area which connects to the various electrical items in the console zone. Just tidy it up & leave well alone if everything's working. zeds4ever
Think one is for Defogger switch & the other for Radio/Antenna . If you make up a test lamp you can establish exactly what they are for by turning ign switch to accessories position connect your light up to obtain a glow on it from the fitting you wish to identify then one by one remove a fuse from your fuse panel until temporary light goes out .Check this against your fuse cover & you will have your answers. Of course you will have one of your test lamp ends connected to a ground situation for it to function properly. Hope this makes sense to you . Regards : Alan . neRok
Makes sense, cheers. I think I'll just leave it alone like gilltech suggests though!
