    anyone have any idea where people get customs dashs done for the Datsun 260z ? i was looking before at the carbon fibre / fiber glass ones but they all seem to be LHD and currently not made anymore.

    Im bidding on it atm hoping to win ^^ if i win might need to go down there to get it on wheels again so i can bring it back up to sydney anyone in melb have time to get the thing just rolling for me ? if not i'll have to come down and do it my self with a friend will gladly pay someone to help me just get wheels on it so can bring it back up to sydney

    Hi Guys Anyone in NSW have this tool which i can borrow my friend just told me its a slide hammer, "if you let the guys know your trying to pull the bolt out from the part which connects the rear strut to the outter LCA they'll know what your talking about"

    Car is currently at my friends place as we pulling out the suspension i'll try and get some photos of it before i do any fab work

    HI Gilltech It was already on when i bought it the tail light panel won't fit back on properly leaves a little gap between the panel and the body of the car the rear lights don't have any bent bolts of anything they fit into the slots perfectly i just replaced the rubber seals with new ones but even with the old rubber seals it wasn't fitting on properly and leaves a little gap between the tail light panel trim and the body.

    Hi Guys I have a 1974 datsun 260z 2+2 my tail light panels won't fit in properly it sticks out a little and makes the panel not fully fit properly I had a look and can see the tail light seems to be the cause of this.... Is there a difference between the datsun 260z 2+2 tail lights and other models of the 260z tail lights ? Would i be able to just do some cutting on the tail light to make the panel fit or would it be better to find the right tail lights ?

    Hey guys looking for datsun 2+2 1974 rear exterior light panels as i believe my current ones are wrong and come from a different year as it doesn't fit on properly.

    thanks i think i may have to extend the tail pipe out then cause i don't seem to get any fumes in when i have the windows closed.

    Anyone else getting fume problems in the Z ? i seem to be getting exhausts fumes into car when driving with the window down any way to fix this or just drive with windows up ?

    I was considering an RB swap but seeing than rb26 cost an arm and leg where as a 2jz would cost less and can dish out just as much.

    ive had a look at a youtube video seems that there is alot of cutting that needs to be done >< if going towards the rb25 or rb26 do you guys think much getting will be needed ?

    Hello I've been thinking about doing a 2jze engine swap into my datsun 260z 2+2 does anyone know of anyone thats done this or have any information that i can get to have a look at ? i know im going to attract alot of hate for doing this but 2jze just seems more affordable than going towards an rb26 swap

    Hey Guys I just bought a Datsun 260z 2+2 from WA and having it ported over to Sydney wanted to see if someone in the Sydney scene can maybe meet up sometime when the car arrives to help give me some tips on where to find parts to help fix some areas or give me some advice

    Its a replica not even worth that much you can get a real one from japan for maybe a little bit more than what this guy is asking for.
