  1. Thanks Shaun, sorry you can't make it, maybe next time.
  2. At least 12 cars from the Z Car club
  3. I will have no problems with a nice toasty backside on my heated leather seats either. Are you flying solo or with Esther, significant daughter is accompanying me.
  4. It's warm in the pub, they will have log fires going for us, I thought the chance of rain was in the afternoon anyway and the chicken schnities will keep you warm on the way home.
  5. Expecting to arrive in Taralga between 12.30 and 1.00pm, I want to leave Medlow Bath at 10.30 or as near to as possible, when I did the test run several weeks ago it took about 2hrs 10mins at that was a sometimes wet foggy trip. Looking forward to seeing you guys there. Regards Craig
  6. The Ninja 350, easy to drive in my invalid state.
  7. Hi Zedders, next Sunday is still on, forecast is looking good if not a little fresh. If for some reason there is an issue with Abercrombie rd, I have made alternative arrangements with the Tarana Hotel, this will be decided on Sunday morning at Medlow Bath, this is only a contingency plan, I can't see any reason at this stage that Taralga won't go ahead, unfortunately I am only a mere mortal and don't have direct connections with the weather gods. Regards Craig
  8. Thanks Simon, that's great, I will be in touch. Regards Craig
  9. Thanks Tony, really glad you could make it. I hope we can expand on more inter-club drives in the future. Regards Craig
  10. Thanks Tony and Shaun, the more the merrier!
  11. Hi PB, I am still hoarse from talking, yes Tony aka TDoherty came along and I think really enjoyed himself as did everyone. We had probably one of the biggest runs we have had for years, I am just sorry more members from here weren't able to make it, it is very worthwhile, the former Edward Lees 240 was there and apparently is up for sale I think I heard rumours of $55 000. I hope your Dad had a nice birthday. We had a couple of prospective new zed owners meet us there. Lots of interest now in Taralga in July. Regards Craig
  12. Hi Chris, chicken schnities are on the menu, please check the link:- http://taralgahotel.com.au/menu/ Regards Craig
  13. Hi Zedders, the Z car club of Sydney would like to invite you to our cruise to the Taralga hotel in Taralga on the 24th of July. Please find attached the map for the run to the Taralga Hotel, Taralga . http://taralgahotel.com.au/ Map:- https://goo.gl/maps/vk0ky It is a 2 hour drive from Medlow Bath to Taralga so I would suggest a meet at the Hydro Majestic in Medlow Bath at 10.00 for a 10.30 departure. For Sydney area people, I would suggest an alternate route home would be to continue from Taralga down to Goulburn, a comfortable scenic trip of about 40 minutes then turning left on Sydney Rd and continuing on to join the Hume hwy https://goo.gl/maps/XfPKz. Numbers would be appreciated so I can give the hotel a rough idea how many to cater for. Any questions please contact me via PM. The actual directions will be handed out on the day. Regards Craig
  14. Thanks PB, I will put up details soon for a run to Taralga on the 24th of July. Regards Craig
  15. Everyone is welcome to join us on the Z Car Club of Sydney run on Sunday the 26th June, it is listed under NSW events, admission is $15.00 per head. Regards Craig
  16. A good theory, might go and buy a new umbrella as well!
  17. That's because I started working on the 260's wipers today, strip down and re grease to make them work faster than once a minute! Sorry. Regards Craig
  18. Long range forecast shows 19th to be fine, 10% chance of rain. 26th Z Club run to Gosford classic car museum. Regards Craig
  19. Thanks PB, I think you've made a wise call, a disappointment for sure but you can't beat mother nature and far less disappointing than something unfortunate happening on the drive, thanks for having the sense for calling it as it is, enjoy the weekend with your mate. Regards Craig
  20. Robertson pie shop at Robertson, Pie in the Sky at Bilpin, Mountain High Pies in Wentworth Falls, a bit further out, Tarana Hotel Tarana, it's not forecast to be as wet out west. Regards Craig
  21. Actually, I just looked at the forecast, can we make it Wednesday? Mostly sunny, 5% chance of rain, 21 degrees.
  22. At least if it's wet on Sunday there shouldn't be too many cyclists about, we could do a wet run in sensible cars. Don't know if I'll be around in 2 weeks, depends on the Dr on Tuesday. Hopefully the Zed gods give us a nice day this Sunday, happy to be guided by you PB.
  23. Bring the Falcon and let the tail hang out!
  24. Thanks PB, understand if you can't make it, thanks for the sticky. Regards Craig
