  1. Thanks Peter- stance on your Z looks perfect
  2. Hi guys, thinking about lowering ride height of my 260 2+2 and was wondering if you can recommend anyone within my area(wantirna). A friend recently had his commodore lowered by pedders and was very happy with their work (though that was in Dandenong and Ferntree Gully would be much closer to me) Not looking for radical stance but the factory ride height on these cars just looks so wrong. Any thoughts / advice would be greatly appreciated
  3. Thanks for that Andrew
  4. and thankyou gilltech - let the hunt begin !
  5. Once again Lynton-many thanks for your help
  6. Thanks Lynton-appreciate your help. So when a 2+2 was purchased new buyer would receive 2 seater owners manual(with no reference to 4 seat model)?
  7. Hi all- looking for a 75 260z 2+2 owners manual to add that finishing touch to my interior ! Even if you have one (not for sale) would really appreciate if someone could post a pic. of what I am searching for as I have yet to see one. Thanks - hope I have better luck than I did with the last items I was hoping to find
  8. Peter you are too modest your build is the stuff guys like me can only dream of.I would pay to go for a drive around the block in your car ! You sir are the MAN !!
  9. wow-those look great what a pity we cant choose from them instead !
  10. Seeing as we are obviously all Japanese auto afficionado's here, I was curious as to how many of you are considering(or have already purchased) Japanese style plates (in either 5 or 6 digit forms) I have ordered mine already and think that they are an improvement from standard plates on our classic Japanese rides. Ideally the 5 digit plates look more authentic but if you are just upgrading your current-standard plates you take what is given. What do you all think - opinions good, bad, indifferent
  11. In a word - AWESOME !
  12. welcome to the group and thankyou for such a passionate and very articulate(considering English is your 3rd langauge)introduction ! Like your self I also love the 2+2 lines (even more so than the 2 seater) so its always gratifying to hear when someone else shares the love . I wish you guys all the best in your projects and hope to hear more on how the restorations progress.
  13. Agreed they really need chrome trim but unfortunately not an option with this set.Anyone know of their availability?
  14. Hi Rev- they were not as easy to fit as instructions intimated as brackets provided were too short - so had to make new larger brackets in order to fit . I also choose to drill and fasten down covers as opposed to using double sided tape as I felt it gave a neater finish. Hey peter - beautiful looking z there !
