    i thought some of the pics were pretty funny. i mean, im sure everyone has laughed at some tragic event....its just what humans do. It doesnt mean we dont care, its just an instinct to make a bad event a little more bearable.

    would be great if it didnt get so personal. Why cant people have a logical debate. Its clear both sides have some great points, and until its proven completely i dont think people will change their mind from the views they have. there is another age coming (most likely ice) whether we like it or not. When it gets here is totally up to us.

    there would be a climate change happening anyhow, humans are just increasing the rate at which it will happen. Even if we got to the goal we all want, its still going to happen as the Earth goes through many cycles. Its had alot of these patches through its birth and it wont stop now. Im all for cutting carbon emmisions, recycling etc, but climate change is going to happen regardless. obviously u have never heard of the flat earth society . They.....they are dead set serious the Earth is flat

    yeah i used to live near Nowra and lived in Moruya so i have an awesome knowledge of the area. Thanks xa1973, that was one of my first port of calls when i got there Thanks chris240, i will be sure to visit him! I would defently like to focus on older cars or Diesel engines but i would take any mechanical apprenticeship that came my way . You dont happen to know him well enough to use the "Chris240 off viczcar forum mentioned u blah blah" .

    hey fellas moving to Batemans Bay/Moruya (NSW South Coast) in about a month and wondered if anyone knew of any jobs going? Id love to do a apprenticeship in mechanics but i cant be picky . Cheers!

    lol no, but i know any aussie i have spoken dont understand the term and do use it in a derogatory way. for example, i used to work at a bakery and they did do it to annoy and agitate me.....i did mean to put a 'smiley' face after it, my bad! actually, i always bring up the ashes whenever i hear something about 'pommies' whinging. i use it as a way to stop them talking

    From what i see being a 'pommie', you Aussies whinge more about our supposed whinging. How long did you whinge and mope about the ashes losses! p.s look up the word pommie and its reference, most people dont know what it means but its very harsh and insulting.

    hi fellas, moving interstate soon...back to Batemans Bay NSW (2536), so hopefully have a nice big truck with some room spare. Pm me if stuff is big and we can have a chat about it. Batemans Bay is about 4hrs south of Sydney.

    in 2030 i aim to have my datsun 260z 2+2 on the road. Personally, the 350z doesnt do alot for me, i dont find it to attractive at all. Im 26 but do prefer the older cars i.e the 70s stingrays, the 65-69 'stangs, the chargers, the 73 camaro. The only 'new' or 'modern' day cars to appeal to me are the jag xj220 and the 911. From my view id says the 911 will be around forever since its a beautiful car which doesnt need to change to attract all ages to it and i like the way the camaros are going. In 2030, how many Datsuns would actually be around?

    im not trying to make excuses for him, but ill give it the benefit of the doubt till i know otherwise. Maybe a mate of a mate who owned one years ago told him maybe 8k . It is a nice colour Benny, ill be sure to look into it, thanks . I think i see what your getting at luvemfast . I read a bit on here before buying mine, but i still needed Dimitri to show and explain alot to me,especially where to look for the rust.

    Maybe quite harsh, but a good point. Maybe the owner really has no idea and is going by the "pricing guidelines" in the carguides? Benny, that car ur selling....holy hell that looks nice in black! Im after a black for mine(down the track naturally ) with a gray on it somehow. What code is it? Maybe we could have something on what to look for regarding prices for datsuns? Say a general rule of thumb of what to look for and a general pricing for certain Datsuns and prices regarding rust issues.

    a nice little stone decided to make itself a home there.....oh and the brakes were on its last legs. uneven wear on either side tho.inside was less than half of the outer.

Kinda pricy but gives you all the features of a top quality cd player but still keeping stock stereos.This is the cheaper, more standard one at $550 tho. I plan on upgrading every bit of audio in the car to 90's, early 00's stuff. Wiring would be a must id say. But depending how much you wanna delve into it, will depend on what you need to do.

    yeah.....its front wheel drive . Thanks for the replies, ill be looking at it tomorrow (been a dreadful day today). There was very little noise today but i noticed a slight hum (maybe twice) which sounded like the middle of the firewall area? Happy to undo stuff, if i learn and save monies! And no lol, no missing pets:P.....they usually end in the front right.
