Yer But it still stifens the frame because it prevents the chassis from rolling no? Also, is it possible to get a triangular front strut bar that will fit with triples? There doesn't seem to be much clearance as it is and with the triples there, it could be just too low?

I have to fixx the diff mount before i can Oh well, once it's fixed I'm going to a race track ;D

Okay, i did what you said.. It's the diff mount, had it on a hoist today and the diff mount is so bad it's almost metal on metal, there is 2" of travel... I could push the diff 2inches up before the chain stopped it... Going to order a new one from nissan... Thanks for the help Also, the bolts you suggested were what we first used when it happened the first time lol

Sway bars are different to strut bars Strut bars go ontop of the struts and stiffen the frame E.G. http://www.nipponpower.com/~nippon/prod_imgs/img-980-1-large.jpg Cool, would love pics May go down to one of the workshops and get a quote. How much you pay for them?

Okay, so i need to get high tensile bolts, re-drill both the mustache bar and the diff cover and then try again?

I asked him and he said they are stainless steel bolts not high tensile 304 grade

Hi, these aern't the crap ones from cheapo shops, they are from my dad whos a bigwig at country energy.. These bolts are used when building the transformers... Put the bolts in with 262 threadlock and left to cure for 24 hours and then put the nyloc nuts on and put as hard as possible... Have done that each time...

4 times in the last 3 months, the bolts that hold the diff to the mustache bar have completely snapped... The bolts come loose after normal driving to and from work, no circuit racing or anything haha ^^ Anyways, these are high tensile steel bolts so they don't just break easily as you know... Don't know what to say? I am going to replace the 'Differential Mount Insulator' but i have seen some posts where people have custom mounts to replace the chain-over-diff method.. So yer, any ideas?

Lots of work done today Almost finished the passenger side door, half made a new seat cover, started the headlining and more It's done in cream vinyl right now but will be going to real leather when i finish it.
