Heh, champion. My main problem is money and lack of necessary equipment. I can pretty much do everything except for the spraying. So, if you're keen to give me a hand then that'd be great. Reckon I could have a look at some of your work? Thanks.

Does anyone know of any good car painters in the Brisbane area? If so, do you know what they would charge for a full body prep and paint for a 260z? Not necessarily looking for a professional. If anyone here is a keen spray painter, has some experience and thinks they're up to it, then I'm all ears. In this situation, I would prep the car and only pay for the painting. Thanks, Josef.

Welcome. My first car was also a 260 2+2. You should get a lot of enjoyment out of it, until you run out of money .

I'm just going to do it myself, mate. It's nothing too serious, so I should be able to manage it. I don't know of any places in Brisbane that can help you either. Sorry. Good luck though.

The zed is having a few problems. I think it has a blown head, so that's a bit of a hassle. Plus the paint needs to come off asap, starting to get some surface rust. It's turning into a project car after all.
