    No one is running 15 inch wheels with the offset at the begining of this thread?.. Trying to opush boundries, panel work not a problem (within a reason, I dont want to be running truck flares Thinking now 235/5015 rear and 225 fronts. Not much choice in Australia

    Condittion not relevant, brand not relevant, they can be buckled, scrateched, etc - just need cheap set to clear my new brakes to roll the car before I put my other set on. Sydney only, can pickup. PM me. Thank you Andrew

    Guys Quick question to experts in the know. I have a 240Z which I'm not lowering (just yet), but probably will down the track and I'm hapy to roll the lips as much as needed, but not instal flairs etc. I want to maximise the space and install the best combo tyre sizes for the following: 15 inch wheels Front 8 inch offset 0 Rear 9 inch offset -13 Your experiance/recommendations?

    Interesting stats. I have OLD 240 , nothing special, got them in B&W, would have loved the 240 plate though.

    Saw a brand new Porsche 991 (911) with a NSW black and white 240 plate. Any idea what this would be worth?. ANyone selling something interesting out there relating to 240Z ?

    Its an Audi R8, but today there is a Ferrari F360 and a Lamborghini Gallardo there also. Mine is off the hoist now.

    Finally found some time. New engine in. Carbies next, Hope to drive this thing before Christmas.

    My old engine was just removed and I'm selling the following: - Original Long L24 block, head, waterpump, oil pump, fuel pump (new) - Had good compression and worked well, no leaks and was re sealled about 7000 km's ago. No Starter Motor or Alternator - $350 - Original dizzy (point) - $150 - Lightened flywheel and clutch (7000 km's of outback drive about 2 years ago, essentially as new) - $180 - Original round dome SU's and Manifold - $500 - Original radiator - Very good condittion -$300 I'm open to reasonable offers.     Not sure if many of you heard about the upcoming changes to the legilations in relation to car modifications in NSW. Being involved in the automotive indistry I thought to go and raise my oposition to few proposed changes. I was prepared and received a formal invitation, what I saw on the day was a bunch of vehicles in need of a serious attention, many either defect or near defect material (from what I could see on the outside), then there was a Z representation in a form of the below two Zeds. Not sure what to say, so I better dont.

    OK, so going mad on upgraded brakes front & rear (discs), New Stroker engine out of US + racing clutch, flywheel and other bits and pieces. Should all arrive in 2 months or so, gives me more motivation to get my act together on the reassembly of interior/exterior parts.

    I know the sickness. Everytime I see a better part I buy, thinking I sell the lesser quality part, I dont.

    OK, 40mm tripple Mikuni Carbs ordered. Engine next, hope I get some time to put the car together and enjoy the last days of the current L24. Brakes and revised suspension next.

    Thanks Aaron, appriciate the tip. You should have not posted these pictures. Your lights look so much better then mine, I thought I was the only mad man here. Did you buy the felt tips or made them up?. I will go and see the chroming place you recommended and paint the insides too. My new gaskets arrived from US today together with a bunch of other bits and pieces. Thanks again!

    OK, so car not together yet, but thinking new engine. The old L24 is OK, but thinking of getting stroker built and at the same time finishing off the engine bay when the engine is out.

    Hi. Had the Plates custom made in US while I visited SEMA in November. I can not recall the business who did it for me. The new wheels will need to be mounted when the car is finished. Thinking Yokohama tyres
