Hey guys Just saw thanks to Lurch that the gippsland car club are opening there new Hill climb track this weekend and thought others might be interested! its on Sunday starts at 10 Ive went to Morwell a couple of time with dale to the Morwell track and its always a good day and the new track looks fantastic if anyones keen let me know and we can go up in convoy ! maybe via the mountains!! Just out of curiousity who here runs a rear sway bar ? and doesnt anyone have one they dont want as i would like to try one to get a little more turn in especially on the hearpin corners where im seem to suffer a lot of understeer! cheers Richard

Hey guys got a new set of mags for the zed there a set of simmons15x7 and 15x8 they fill the guards up nicely , they do need a clean up but still look pretty good!!

No tailshaft no one seems to have one , so ill have to get the 280zx one cut down so probably be another week of the road!!!!

No thats not it ! its the telfon/plastic bush under the gearbox selector or gear stick its a cylinder type that accepts the ball on the end of the gear stick , the new one i ve got is very loose and i m changing the gearbox over and want to elminate any slop that might be there!!! cheers Richard

Hey guys im in the middle of changing my 240z gearbox over to my rebulit 26z gear box but i dont have a gear stick including the selector mechanism. Does anyone have one kicking about that i could buy off them ?? As the 240 mechanism is all wrong! cheers Richard

Ive often use the shell racing which is cut with ethanol and havent had any problems ive used it on and off from the time it was first released and havent had a problem , the cars done probably 25 000 ks since then and still no problems with the fuel lines or carbys! just my experience! Make the car go a lot better idle jumps by abour 200revs and have heaps more power throughout the rev range!!!

i am after a 260z tailshaft if any one has a spare one drop me a line!!

yeah im running a N42 head with the larger valves and a quick port so maybe probably should look at a small blower and a holey !!!

hey guys just a quick question to see if anyone knows what sort of power difference there is between using dished pistons and flat tops . I currently running L28 with stage 2 cam i think from memory its a 76 cam but it only has standard lift .496 from memory. It should be about 8:1 compression ration i was thinking i upgrading to flat top pistons but was wondering who else has done this and what sort of difference it makes, becuase i was thinking if is not a much i would get a small toyota blower and hook that up as a cheap alternative!! cheers Richard
