Hi guys,

I have some black leather seats that are a little worn and I just wanted to dye the parts that are a bit worn so they remain all black. Does anyone know how I should do this? Is black liquid shoe polish a good idea or will it rub off?

Cheers.

I seem to recall being told by a wise old upholster to use black "raven" oil to keep a soft top on our healey sprite looking black as the ace of spades....did the trick  :)

You can also buy aerosol upholsterey dye.....probably your best shot.

Black liquid shoe polish is water soluble!  You will have a black butt after a long drive!
