Maybe doesnt help, but maybe gives you some ideas?

 

I bought a nutsert tool off ebay with around 400 assorted sized inserts for $90 delivered.

Then i bought some black dome head hex screws off ebay for $12 (from china) to fasten the flares down.

the rubber stripping was from clark rubber, just universal extrusion, 1.2M per flare @$6 p/m

 

all up total $130

yea, expensive, but i also get to keep the nutsert tool that has allready become invaluable in securing my front spoiler, will most likley be used for the mounts for the door mirrors, internal paneling, underbody trays ect.
