Removal of chrome strip above doors

Hi All,

 

I just took the zed for a respray. They'd like to know the way to take off the chrome strip above the doors. Has anyone done this before? Is there any correct way?

they just pull up and off... though i would be questioning their ability if they cant work out how to pop off a piece of trim.

Just make sure when you are ready to put them back on you put the clip on the channel,, then put the trim on I didn't know this and damage alot of paint.
