bullzed Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Hey guys! I just bought an S130, however it's a very different type of S130, it's a Toyota Crown S130. She is supposedly one of 3 in Australia, the fully optioned 'in-between' model, an MS135 Royal Saloon. Whilst I think it's cool that it's not common, I've found both information and parts to be INCREDIBLY hard to source, does anyone have any idea where or how I would be able to get parts for her? I'm namely looking for either a factory manual or a workshop manual at the moment and a drivers side front door. Any help/leads etc would be of much help! Quote
dat2kman Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Aha, the Holden Caprice version! Gonna be like grey import tractors and farm machinery from Korea, very very cheap to purchase, but when they break down and require parts, faggedaboutit! Australia is a dumping ground for grey import items, they give no pharques for after sales service and parts Quote
Wayne G Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Mark Gibbs Panel House and Asian Auto Spares are two companies that spring to mind. Due to the rare nature, you may not find anything. I don't suppose the local cressida of that vintage is close enough? Quote
bullzed Posted March 15, 2012 Author Posted March 15, 2012 Unfortunately not, the only thing it shares is the motor. The body is pretty near the same as the MS137 Crowns but I haven't had anything to compare mine to as of yet. Quote
DatPilot Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 toymods.net there is a fella called 'the Stitt' and he will help you out (I work near him) there are more than 3....lols most owners have that many as spare parts cars in the yard Quote
MickieB Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Maybe email www.japanparts.com they seem to have access to any parts in japan and their prices are always fair for overseas. Quote
